Modernization of SAUNO machines

Automatic machines manufactured by SAUNO, unlike many others, are made of separate modules:

​

- machine frame with ball bearings;

- ball screw drives of coordinates X, Y, Z;

- machine control system;

- impact etching head ;

- electronic tracking system for the surface of the workpiece;

- control algorithms and software;

- wires;

- engraving tool (needle).

 

 

The frame of the machine with ball screw guides and ball screw drives constitutes the mechanical part of the machine and remains for more than 15 years an invariable part of the SAUNO automatic machine that emphasizes the excellent quality and reliability of mechanics. If necessary, the mechanical part of the machine is subjected only to preventive maintenance or repair.

Modernization is periodically subjected to:

- machine control system;

- electronic tracking system for the surface of the workpiece;

- control algorithms and software.

b) In some cases, considering that you might be located far from our regional offices,  you can carry out this type of work on your own. Work must be performed by a qualified specialist.
